Unreadable words in my highlights/comments

Hi,

I made some highlights on the literature. However, it is shown as some unreadable words like:\eaVW aOO-b\-aOO bLQaU\ LQWeUacWRPe PaS
When I try to copy some words from zotero, it is unreadable as well. Does anyone encounter the same problem?

@hbj153 This is the PDF file issue. Most likely the text layer was corrupted on purpose to make text copying more difficult.
