Parts of References like Author/publisher/date are all italicized when they're not meant to be

Not sure what there is more to say. Is there a way to fix this? I've selected a citation style(McGill) and its quite clear based on what both the style is meant to look like and what Zotero has implemented that author name/publisher/dates aren't meant to be italicized.
  • Footnotes or biographies? And does that happen with all references or only select ones? If the latter, could we get some examples?
  • Hi, it happens with the footnotes and bibliography. I should have specified. It looks like it just happens to cases i am citing. I just tried to copy this into this comment section and it didn't italicize anything. But the Case name and the rest of the citation appear italicized when its only meant to be the case name,

    Roberts v Martindale, 1998 Canlii 4561 (BCCA).

    DiGuilo v Boland, 1958 CanLII 92 (ONCA)
  • Would also add that it isn't italicizing the names of journal articles.
  • Sorry i think i figured this the save to zotero function seems to have just included all the information as if it were the case name
  • It doesn't however italicize the name of articles.
  • Import from where? Might be fixable.
Article titles shouldn't be in italics, though, or do you mean journal titles?
