No sync at all between iOS and desktop app

No sync at all between IOS and desktop app.
DataSync and WebDav Sync appears to be correctly set… but nothing works and I've no error message.
Quite strange. Any clue ?

What exactly isn't syncing? Items or files?

Thanks for the answer.
Actually nothing is syncing but i just realise it doesn't sync either with the web library… can't figure why…
