Can't install plugins [Linux] Tools → Add-Ons not showing

If I go to "Tools", I cannot select "Add-Ons", thus I can't install anything new.
When I click "Tools", my only options are "Developer" and "Zotfile preferences"

Anyone knows a fix for this?
