The two things that I will miss most about the ability to edit the HTML - and that are preventing me from upgrading to v6 - are:
(1) the ability to go through text copied from a website and tidy up the HTML so that it's actually readable and doesn't have more custom styles than actual content;
(2) creating custom styles (colors, fonts) in note.css for different types of comments in my notes, which could then be called by editing the HTML of the note and adding a new class to a paragraph (or div).
I have a huge number of customised notes that all lost their formating when I imported them to the beta. Not sure what to do about that when I eventually have to upgrade :-/ I guess that's the price you pay for doing weird stuff!
