You'd have to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing — e.g., are you getting an error? where? what does it say? — but if you're referring to a file sync error, it looks like a PDF that you modified elsewhere is open on this computer and can't be downloaded. It could possibly also be caused by security software preventing Zotero from writing to the file.
