Ipad pdfs not opening

Hello, I have the IOS app, and while all of my PDFs are opening in the PDF viewer on my comuter, they are not opening on my ipad

    See Files Not Syncing. You've hardly synced any files to the online library. (Or if you're using WebDAV, you'll need to debug that following the steps there.)

    @dstillman I pressed the sync button but that does not seem to be working. Are there other ways to sync?

    I have reset my file sync history D1848731119

    That seemed like the only option since I am not getting sync errors. Can you tell what other issues I may be facing?

    (3)(+0000001): File sync is not enabled for My Library

    (3)(+0000000): Done with file syncing
    From the page:
    If Device A is a computer, check that file syncing is enabled in the Sync pane of the preferences

    It looks like syncing is enabled. I am still unsure what the issue is and why is is not syncing

    This is about file syncing, not data syncing. Look at the bottom section of the window.

    If you're still having trouble, take a screenshot, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), and provide a link here.
