Zotero Add-Citation Bar Does Not Load in Word 365

When opening Word 365 and clicking the Zotero tab, the add-citation bar is not responding nor loading. The screen is frozen after clicking this function and nothing happens in the end. Zotero is up-to-date and the program itself is working fine, just not with Word 365. This is a new problem, and it was working perfectly before.

    I have already tried restarting my computer, deleting and restarting the Zotero app, and/or all the known troubleshooting ways on the website.

    Can you provide a Report ID to start?

    Is it Word or Zotero or both that's frozen?

    Do you have any other Word add-ins installed? If so, try removing them.

    You should also go to your Word Startup folder, delete Zotero.dotm, restart Word and confirm that the plugin is gone, and then close Word and reinstall the plugin from the Cite pane of the preferences. Then see if it still happens. If it does, you should try reinstalling Word.
