Upgrade StorageError Messages on macOS / Citing in Word
Hello!
I'm having various problems with Zotero following its recent update.
I keep receiving an error message saying "macOS Upgrade Required" for macOS 11.4 and over. I have already updated macOS (to 11.6).
However, I am finding some compatibility issues with Word particularly whilst trying to edit citations (I keep receiving an error message when trying to edit saying that I must "place the cursor in a Zotero citation to edit it". Again, I try doing this but not without problems!)
I have also "reinstalled" the Word plugin through Zotero preferences.
At this point, I'm not sure what else I can do: any guidance and help would be really appreciated, particularly as I am writing my thesis currently!

adomasvenFor this can you go into Tools -> Developer -> Run JavaScript, run this script and report the results back here? If you can reliably reproduce this in a new document can you create a separate Zotero thread with a step-by-step description on how to do it? Can you take a screenshot of the Zotero buttons you press in Word, upload it somewhere and include a link in the post?
