IOS app - annotated highlights translate as gibberish text
@isabelleheadrick mentioned the same problem, I believe, in another thread [https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/94128/zotfile-no-option-to-extract-annotations#latest]. I am encountering numerous strange behaviors while annotating in the Zotero app on iPad, like highlights "jumping around the page," e.g.
This thread concerns one odd behavior of IOS annotations: highlight-to-text appears as gibberish in notes, on both IOS app and when opening the same file in Windows.
Screenshots can be seen in this Google doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/11XE1RLLwfE-rlPauyJ1N0jkyCckCtpztzn_bDduip4w/edit. Is there other information needed to troubleshoot this?

MandyKatzThat makes sense. Seems common among JSTOR downloads from at least pre-2010. Thank you.
