Plugin uninstalling

How to uninstall plugins (zotero 6.0.4)? Some shortcuts in Zutilo plugin like item pane: show/hide do not work. It might be reinstalling would help here. Thanks

    I have pressed menu of Tools->Add-ons， no pane has been opened. There maybe something wrong with the managements of the plugins in zotero 6.0.4 ?

    @TomRay: If Tools → Add-ons isn't working, start Zotero in Safe Mode by holding down Shift at startup, and then try again. Not sure that was the question @Dcarnik was asking, though.

    @dstillman: I have started Zotero in safe mode by holding down Shift, Tools menu appeared, uninstalled Zutilo plugin, when restarted Zotero and menu showed just developer link, no Tools or Zutilo preferences, as usually. Restarted Zotero several times, in safe and normal modes, though Tools menu has not appeared anymore. Rebooted computer (Windows 11) although Tools menu has not appeared. Zutilo preferences menu sometimes appears, and sometimes no.

    Make sure you’re in the library tab, not a PDF tab.
