Including abstract when using 'Copy bibliography'

When using 'Copy Bibliography' (Crtl-Shift-C), is there a way to include the abstract in the record that is extracte?

You need to use a citation style that includes the abstract, e.g. https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:apa-with-abstract or various ISO 690 styles

I set Zotero to use the APA v7 with abstract but when I use 'copy bibliography' and paste the result, the abstract is still not included.

Where did you set the citation style for copy bibliography? This is the "Quick copy" style under Export. Frequently people try to set this under Cite/Styles, which doesn't actually set the citation style for anything (it just shows which ones are installed & allows removing)
