cant auto add items using identifier (doi). Error ID 290682215

I cant add items using DOI identifier. All the DOIs I attempted to add are valid. Error ID is 290682215.
Error message is: Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier. Please verify the identifier and try again

The upstream service used to resolve DOIs is down. They're aware of the problem and are working on fixing it. It will start working again once their service is restored.
