Thanks for the great work on this. In the standalone pdf editors (Acrobat and PDFXchange), it's possible to search for instances of a word, and have them displayed in a pane to the side of the document, without changing the focus of the pdf reader. Both tools show the page of the result to a mouseover. This is very useful for many reasons. Having to jump through the document for instances of the term is disruptive (not least because it's difficult to get back to the original focus).
