Stuck on loading items

    Hi, I'm having the same issue, stuck at "loading items", but Zotero is up to date, any idea how to fix it? Thanks!

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

    Can you go to your Zotero data directory, open the 'logs' folder, and email the upgrade.log file to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread? (We'll respond here.)
