I'm happy to use Zotero 6 instead of Zotfile however I can't get the annotations to separate from the highlighted sections of the reference.

E.g., if I highlight a paragraph in either the Zotero viewer or in PDF viewer and add a comment with my own thoughts, when I add note from annotations it puts the highlighted text and my comments together in one paragraph - making it very hard to differentiate.

I would prefer it if the highlighted sections were in quotation marks and my comment was in blockquotes on a new line using >

I've tried using an altered version of the 'note templates' on the Zotero website as well as trying to an unaltered version but neither make a difference.
