    What's the problem you're reporting here? You posted to a thread about WebDAV, but you appear to be using Zotero Storage.

    oh, I cannot sync both the way, I use Zotero and find I can sync for items but cannot download any pdf. If I use webdev , it quickly shows that I cannot link to the server ,but all my username and password are right.

    It's still not clear what you mean here. Again, your Debug ID doesn't show you as using WebDAV at all.

    To sync files, you need to be using the same file syncing mode (Zotero Storage or WebDAV) on all your devices.

    Thanks for reminding, I solved it by only use correct webdav because I only use webdav in my pc
    .
