Unsolicited "quotation marks" in Chicago style

In the text (author /date) citations Zotero often adds quotation marks.For example, (“Blessed-Vine’s Expository Dictionary ” 2021) which are not evident, nor created in my zotero's original info. How do I correct this in the original info page?

    This is correct Chicago style.

    I would like for Zotero to provide an easy way for the user to eliminate quotation marks around the generic titles of unpublished manuscript collections, see CMOS 17, 14.223.
