APA 7th edition

In text citation is coming across as (M. C. Smith, n.d.) instead of (Smith, 1999). In the bibliography it is putting the year after the title of article instead of after authors. Also a comma between second and third author instead of &.
I have verified APA 7th edition is chosen. What am I missing?

    This would probably be an issue with your data in Zotero. What type of item? Do you have a date entered?
