Can't open document preferences on Google Docs

On Windows 10 PC, my Zotero desktop app is also open. Have a Google Doc with Chicago style footnotes and a bibliography but nothing occurs when I click Document Preferences. I'd like to change the citation style. I've tried Firefox, Chrome, Edge, nothing has worked.

    Have you checked to make sure the Document Preferences window isn't just appearing behind the main Zotero window?

    If you're sure that's not the issue, can you restart Zotero and provide a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to open the document preferences?
