iOS: PDFs not automatically downloaded

Awesome stuff folks. Just starting to play with this on my iPad and quite a few PDFs are not automatically downloading even if I can easily download them directly from Safari. Shares the citation just fine, but tandfonline and a few others won’t give me the PDF. Any thoughts?

Just to confirm this is a problem for almost any PDF from SAGE, JSTOR, tandf, almost all of them. Nothing is resolving properly for the proper metadata item.
