    El error se presenta al usar la extensión de zotero para colocar citas en un documento de docs en google drive. Las citas hechas se presentan como un link de zotero que me dirige a la página de zotero.org y no me presenta la opción para editar la cita con zotero. Debo refrescar el documento para poder editar desde zotero, pero el error vuelve a pasar.

    The error occurs when using the zotero extension to place citations in a docs document on google drive. Citations made are presented as a zotero link that directs me to the zotero.org page and does not present the option to edit the citation with zotero. I have to refresh the document to be able to edit from zotero, but the error happens again.

    Can you reproduce this in a new document or only in a specific existing document?

    - Restart your browser and see if it still happens.

    - Try disabling any other browser extensions you have installed.

    - If it's still happening, try in a different browser (e.g., Chrome).

    If you can't fix it in Edge, we'd want to see a Debug IDs (different from a Report ID) from both the Zotero Connector and the Zotero app for this happening.

    I did all the steps and still didnt work. Here is the debug IDs: D248667949 from zotero app , and here is the ID from the connector 1002022868

    That's just a Debug ID for Zotero startup. We need Debug IDs for the actual operation in question, from both the Zotero Connector and the Zotero app.

    1) That's still just a Debug ID for Zotero startup. Please read the instructions carefully — you need to log the actual operation in question for us to be able to help you.

    2) That's a Report ID from the Zotero Connector, not a Debug ID.

    Im sorry, Im taking that debug ID from de zotero that I installed in my computer, thats not the zotero app?

    That's the Zotero app, but you're just logging Zotero startup, nothing to do with the actual problem you're reporting.

    And we need a separate Debug ID from the Zotero Connector, also for this specific operation, also documented on the linked page.
