I am starting a research project which will be the only project I expect to use on Zotero. I want to assign a number to each entry into my library. For example, my first entry may be a book that I would assign the # 000001. I would then fill out the applicable citation information. The next entry may be a newspaper article that I would assign the # 000002. This way when I take notes in a separate App regarding the book, I would just use the # to indicate its source. Is this doable? How? Thanks.
