Zotero integration error

Whenever I try to add a citation
Zetero told me
"Zotero integration error”
"Zotero failed to update the document”
I have reinstalled Word、Word plugin、Zotero several times，and I have imported new bibliography，but the problem remains.
Please help me,thank u!!

    When I try to add citation in Microsoft Word by Zotero plugin,Zotero tells me
    "Zotero failed to update the document.
    Would you like to see the troubleshooting instructions?"

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Start Zotero.
    2. Start Microsoft Word，create a new document，input some random sentences.
    3. Click on the Zotero plugin in Microsoft Word，click on "Add/Edit Citation".
    4. Choose the citation style you want,then click on "ok".
    5. Add/Edit citation in Zotero.Choose the citation you want,then click on “ok”.
    6. The problem appears.

    Zotero displays the message
    “Zotero failed to update the document.
    Would you like to see the troubleshooting instructions?” in the middle pane.

    Does it work in a new document if you cite just a new item with "Test" as the title and "2020" as the date in APA style?

    How about if you change your system language to English and restart Zotero/Word?

    I change the language of Word to English,and the language of Zotero or macOS is still Chinese……the problem disappeared.
    But……Why???

    I noticed that the language of Zotero plugin("Zotero" tag) in Microsoft Word is English.Could that be the problem/Bug?

    How to change the language of Zotero plugin in Microsoft Word?
    I just want to use Microsoft Word in Chinese……Can you help me?

    My friend uses Windows.
    The language of his Word is Chinese,and Zotero plugin in his Word is English.
    But he can use Zotero normally.
    WHY？？？

    I installed arm Windows 11 in Parallels Desktop 17.1
    Then I repeated the above steps.
    The problem disappears.

    We have seen this issue before but are unable to reproduce it ourselves. For some Chinese users the only workaround we have is to switch Word to English.
