Upgrade StorageShared group library won't show
Hi,
I only installed Zotero a couple of weeks ago and my boss shared her group library with me. The problem is that I can see her library icon in my group libraries but no items or files, although I've synchronized Zotero multiple times. However, the items in my personal library are synchronized. I don't have access on my boss's account to see if there are some settings she should change. Her group library is visible for other co-workers she's shared it to in the past.
What would the next step be?

Sanni MarttinenThank yo for the link! I tried these but unfortunately it didn't help. Is the problem then in the account or device of my boss?
