updating references with word

Hello I am using zotero 2 and i do not know how to update the library in word. When i add a reference in firefox it shows up on the firefox version on zotero, but it is not there when I go to cite it in my paper in word. I have to reload the plug in. Is there an easier way to do this? thanks

    that's weird. It certainly should work immediately. You have made sure it's not there? E.g. searching for it etc.?

    Actually I got it to work now. But after a while i was working on this document, it has come up with another error. It will not let me format, add, or edit any references. It will not add a bibliography. I tried restarting and re instaling the plug in and the zotero 2beta. It will let me work on another document... any ideas?

    Re-installing Zotero is usually not a good idea before you've tried all other things.
