Error in Google Docs when trying to add bibliography

I have a 6 page document in Google Docs with ~40 Zotero citation and when I select Zotero>add/edit bibliography it loads for a while then returns a pop up that says "Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?"

I have tried:
- Restarting the browser and opening the doc again
- Restarting Zotero (currently version 5.0.96.4)
- Making a copy of the document (with and without sharing/comments)

Unfortunately the error is still returned after doing all of these, though I am still able to add new and refresh citations without any errors.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how to resolve this!

Can you provide a Report ID after this occurs?

That is a Report ID from the Zotero Connector. We need one from Zotero (the desktop application).

@genevieve.hayes did you submit that after producing the error in Google Docs? Please restart Zotero and your browser, attempt to insert the bibliography and if you see the error, then submit the Report ID from Zotero.

@Barbora-Anna please create a new thread and explain in full detail what your issue is and what you have tried to troubleshoot it. Include a Report ID after reproducing the issue.
