Sync Error

I usually use zotero in my laptop and I have payed for the sync plan for nearly a year. in 2.26 it will expire. But yesterday i found that every attachment (which is always a pdf) all become a link logo in the web library instead of a pdf file. Now i cannot download pdf attachments in my ipad zotero beta, but i can still read the pdfs on my laptop. No sync error info reported. Please help me to fix the problem, since the pdfs are modified by myself and they are important!

  • There's only a single file linked to your account online. This would happen if you either never were syncing files with Zotero servers or if you used the Purge Storage in My Library option on the settings page.

    If the files are still on your laptop, you can 1) make sure that file syncing is enabled and set to "Zotero" in the Sync pane of the preferences and 2) use Reset File Sync History from the Sync → Reset pane of the Zotero preferences to force Zotero to reupload the files.
