Unable to save ProQuest articles to Zotero after troubleshooting

I tried all of the trouble shooting steps and my Chrome Zotero Connector will not save any articles to Zotero. Not sure what the problem could be. Thanks!

this is specifically from ProQuest's PsycInfo

I can save 4 or 5 citations but when I try to save 100 citations it won't work.
