[MAC] Zotero stuck on loading items (D1957413459)

Hey guys,

my Zotero is stuck on loading items after an update. I'm running the latest version of both macOS and Zotero.

i also tried the repair tool (6213bcb760f0b)

I'd appreciate any help!

    Is there also a zotero.sqlite.[x].bak file with a high (>100) number in the filename? Can you provide an Upload ID for that as well?

    Hey thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately not -these are the only files:

    zotero.sqlite
    zotero.sqlite-journal
    zotero.sqlite.1.bak
    zotero.sqlite.bak

    I've only uploaded the standard one. Should I upload the "zotero.sqlite.1.bak" into the repair tool as well?

    Hmm, that's weird, but sure, zotero.sqlite.1.bak would be helpful.

    How long have you been using Zotero on this computer?

    I've been using it for months now. I think all the items are still in the "storage" folder - but I'm quite f*cked if Zotero won't load them. My master thesis is due in a month and I'm kinda freaking out lol

    Do you recall when you upgraded to the Zotero beta?

    @ic_isley: Oh, actually, is there a 'logs' folder in the data directory? If so, can you send the upgrade.log file to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?

    @ic_isley: Thanks very much. Can you update to the latest beta (via Help → Check for Updates) and let us know if that fixes the problem for you?
