799101463 - Zotero is not exporting my folders and itens

I created folders in my library. Later, I was trying to export the files, clicking with the right button of the mouse on the especific folder or after selecting all itens of the folder, and then clicking on export, but I haven't success on both ways. A message saying that the files is exporting shows, the green bar is completely full, but the exportation did not finish.
What can I do?

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for an export that fails?

    (This isn't how to back up your Zotero library, though, in case that's what you're trying to do.)
