Sync Error

Greetings, when synchronizing I receive the following error:

    If you empty your trash, does that help?

    This morning when I came in there were no more sync errors. Yesterday I had tried reformatting a couple of the notes attached to the records that seemed to be having issues. I had copy-pasted the contents of the note from another program, so I'm thinking that perhaps there had been an issue there? Unsatisfying as a resolution, but it seems like it's resolved for now.

    I did also empty the trash for good measure. Hopefully it will stay solved. Thanks!
