Markdown export: Square brackets exported with backslashes

Hi,
I notice all my square brackets [[]] in annotations were exported as \[\[\]\] in markdown files. Not sure what went wrong. I hate to edit them one by one. Does this happen to anyone else?

Ok, we will try to avoid some of those backslashes.
