Can not synchronize(download) from computer B

my error report ID is 928330452. I synchronize through the WebDAV. I have test on both computer. It is successful connected to the WebDAV. I can upload the file from computer A. I locate the folder name in the computer A, and i search and find that folder name in my WebDAV. Besides, there is no red sign in the computer A when synchronizing. However, in computer B I can not cynchronize. When I right click the file and click the Show Files is show error that "The attached file could not be found at the following path:.........". when i click the red exclamation mark, it show the following error

    That's likely a permissions problem. Make sure that you have full read and write access to the Zotero data directory, and make sure security software isn't interfering. If you're still having trouble, try moving your data directory to the local disk and pointing Zotero there.

    Sorry, we can't help with general Windows troubleshooting. Zotero just needs to be able to read and write to its own data directory.

    I forget to say that if I delete the file in computer A which can not be downloaded by computer B, and then upload the file in computer A again, then I can download new file from the computer B.

    Doesn't matter — the error you're getting just indicates that Zotero can't write to the data directory. That's not a problem in Zotero itself, so you'll need to troubleshoot it on your own system.

    Besides, I find that file folder which can not sync in computer B is a empty folder.

    Sorry, you'll need to get help in Windows forums. This just isn't a problem in Zotero. Check Windows permissions and try disabling security software.
