Upgrade StorageZotero-unlinking issues
I installed Zotero on my laptop and was working on my dissertation.
After some months, it seems it has expired.
Then I subscribed again to Zotero.
But, after a new subscription and re-installing Zotero on my laptop, it seems all references that were in my dissertation seem to be unlinked and I cant see the Zotero link in my word files.
I am not sure how to fix it as it is very important for me to have the link of references in my paragraphs.
Please guide me.

If you're saying that all your citations are just flat text in the document, see Existing Citations Not Detected.
If you're saying they're still active citations but changes you make to the items in Zotero aren't being reflected in the document, that would happen if you actually deleted and reimported items in your Zotero library, which you should never do.
In any case, this wouldn't have anything to do with a subscription or reinstalling the program.
