Can anyone help me with this error? I can't access zotero vis word at all unless I recopy my document (repeatedly) into a new word file.

    There's no error logged there, but if you're having trouble in a specific document, see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents, and read to the end for how to 1) isolate the problem in the document and/or 2) help us fix any bug that's under our control.

    Thanks for your response! I have read the troubleshooting and unfortunately - this pesky error continues. If I save my entire document into a new word file, Zotero works for a short term, but the error message returns. I have even tried keeping only the text that up to the first citation and deleting everything else so there are NO citations in the text. Same error. Please let me know if you have any additional suggestions. Is it possible my library is somehow corrupted?

    Can you try again to provide a Report ID after the error occurs, and before restarting Zotero?
