Upgrade Storagedownloaded the Windows Zotero program AND the connector but....
To whom it may concern,
Good afternoon! I downloaded the Zotero software to both my home and work computer (for Windows) and can access and add to my 'Web library' folders just fine. No issues - love it! However......despite downloading also the 'connector,' or plug-in, I am not able to use all the features that is to offer.
For example, I cannot use my program for citations in-text, or to 'pull' from my catalogue of references while writing. Last, I cannot click on the pdf of a full text article and have that save (APA formatted) onto my Zotero file. I have been doing it manually.

dstillmanIf you're saying your local Zotero library is empty, you just need to set up syncing.
