Upgrade Storageerror occurs when LAST NAME and FIRST NAME is blank

Constant error occurs when adding a citation that normally does not have a LAST Name and First NAME, ie Web page, Blog etc.
When I add a NAME the error disappears and this is repeatable
The error screen reads
"Zotero experienced an error updating your document"
"Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions"
I have tried the troubleshooting suggestions - re saving to local drive, new blank word document, resaving to ONEDRIVE etc etc ...
Please help me resolve

This question may not apply to the @Acitation issue but I'll ask anyway.
Doesn't APA7 want S.N. or Anon when a citation doesn't have an author or institutional author? I edit my Zotero records to always have something in the author field.

I must have been thinking of a local idiosyncrasies.
The Purdue University writing lab indicates for 'Electronic sources' to use the author's name or the Title of the page ...for the time being I will have to put in 'anon' or put in the title name in the "last name" field unless you have workarounds
