5.0.96.3 tells me to Update, and when I click on link, I get message that no updates are available.

I have tried downloading Zotero in Safari, Chrome and Firefox on my Mac. Didn't work in the first two, that is, the didn't give me all the information on the citations. On Firefox, the 5.0.96.3 download, tells me to update, and when I do, I get the message that no updates are available.

    What's the exact message you're receiving?

    Sorry, having this problem again. I thought maybe I could get Firefox connector to work if I downloaded the Zotero app from Firefox instead of Safari, which I did originally. Here's the message I get: "This Zotero database requires Zotero 5.097-beta.50+50+5f61ac23a or later. Current version 5.).96.3 Please upgrade to the latest version from Zotero.org." Then I click on upgrades and get the message, "no upgrades are available."

    That just means you installed the Zotero beta, which upgrades your database, and need to keep using it until Zotero 6 comes out.

    Yeah, but I can't open the application.
