problem in syncing

Hello everyone! I keep getting this message error!
I was wondering if you could help? I delete the paper it says and again this error appears for another paper...

The creator name “Baio, Bal, Bearss, Bennett, Burton, Chiang, Clarke…” in one of your items is too long to sync. Shorten the field and sync again.

    It's just what it says — you have an item with a creator (author, etc.) that's too long to sync.

    Hi, thank you for your reply. But when I remove it, again keep repeating for another paper... I have deleted up to 6 and again it has the same error. Any suggestion?

    If you're getting an error for the same creator, you just haven't correct the field or emptied the trash. If you're getting it about another item, you'll need to fix all affected items until there are no more.

    If you're getting this for many items, where exactly did the items come from? This generally results from importing a file where the creators are specified incorrectly.
