  • Could you say more? What type of backup and what are you doing to restore?
  • After installing a new OS to the machine, I stored my files in the pcloud account using the WebDAV link. Now I'm retrieving only the files which I am using. I think I could not sync all cloud files into a local store. Now I want to download all existing cloud files to the local machine. I don't know how to do that. Most of my files are not saved in a local store if I am offline.
  • It seems that pcloud account is successfully synched with Zotero 5.1, but when I need to open pdf files offline it's popping up a dialogue that some connector error. But if I go online, I can download the required pdf files. My question is why I can't save all my cloud files to the local store on onetime so that even if I am offline, I can open those pdfs. right now, I might have some 900 saved files in the cloud but all those files have not been saved in a local store.
  • Sorry, but it's not clear what you mean here. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.
  • hi, sorry, sir... since I didn't have much technical knowledge, I made u confused with my earlier posts. here again, I'm posting my report id: 356520059

Error popup is appearing on zero 5.1 when I am trying to open pdf files. it is saying that "Your WebDAV server returned an HTTP 0 error for a GET request" asking me to check for WebDAV server settings or contact your WebDAV server administrator.
  • That just means the request to your WebDAV server is failing. That would be a problem with either your network connection or the WebDAV server. pCloud has been extremely unreliable for people recently, so most likely it's just that.

If you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for the error, we might be able to tell you a little more.
  • hi Sir.. I have performed as you instructed, it has generated the following
Debug ID: D2128206933. please verify it once.
  • You're getting a random 403 Forbidden from pCloud, after other successful requests. pCloud is incredibly buggy, and I would recommend using another WebDAV provider or Zotero Storage.
  • Thanks for your concern, sir it got resolved automatically as you have said there is a problem with pcould connectivity.
