We also use Turabian 9th edition and need a Note-Bibliography citation style added to Zotero.

If anybody has access to the Turabian manual I can have a look into it.
Easier though if you make a list of changes that are needed from CMoS. That'll be way faster for you get a style.

Why does the updated Turabian 9th edition (full note) style insert the author's last name instead of "Ibid." in a consecutive citation? Zotero was not doing this before the May 18th update of this style, and I believe it is not the correct practice (See Turabian 16.4.2 for use of Ibid.). Can someone explain?

Also, the author-only notes are in line with Turabian 9th edition (which follows the Chicago Manual in this). See the last sentence of 16.4.2

Unless your local guidelines require the use of ibid., you may instead use one of the shortened forms discussed in 16.4.1 to refer to an immediately preceding note.
