Zotero gets stuck in endless sync

About week ago sync stop working. When I open Zotero it starts syncing but it never end, newely added items disappears.

    That looks like an ongoing upload to your WebDAV server (which is returning incorrect progress information). You'll need to let it finish.

    Not sure what you mean by "newly added items disappear".

    Sync runs for more than one week, I do not think that it make any sense to wait more. Seems that webdav server works, at least Zotero successfully "Verify Server", but the green arrow on the top right rotates endlessly. When I add new papers to the Zotero I can see them in the collection for the while, but then they disappears, as they were never added.

    Could it be that files on webdav are corrupt? Could it happen because of two Zotero instances linked to the save webdav were run simultaneously (on different computers)? Is there a way to make it work without loss of entire collection?

    Paste 9J7K8N5D into the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode, and then use Show File on the attachment that shows up. How big is the file?

    The debug output you provided showed an ongoing upload. You can use Help → Debug Output Logging → View Output to see whether there's current activity and submit another Debug ID if it stops, but if it's a very large file, that's likely your problem.
    When I add new papers to the Zotero I can see them in the collection for the while, but then they disappears, as they were never added.
    WebDAV is just for file syncing, though — it doesn't have anything to do with the data in your library. Can you provide a Debug ID for this specific problem occurring? If possible, you could also make a screen recording, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), and provide a link here.

    9J7K8N5D is 27Mb, doesn't seems too large. Today it again attempted to sync for several hours without any visible changes, I submitted a todays log (debug ID D1242390608), probably it is more informative.
    Lets first try to fix "endless sync" problem fisrt, and then return to "item disappearance" probably they are linked.

    This is just the request timing out after 10 minutes of inactivity. This is a problem with your WebDAV server, so you'd have to ask them, switch to a different WebDAV provider, or use Zotero Storage.
