I have been scouring the Zotero Forum and website for a solution, have followed all of the re-install, manual installation, etc. instructions, on all the Zotero sites and forums, restarted Zotero, Word, my computer, etc, and nothing is working. Zotero plug-in shows up in Word 365, the .dotm file is in the right location, both Zotero and Word confirm the plugin is installed and active, but if I click on any button in the Zotero plug-in in Word 365 (Add/edit citation, document preferences, Add/edit bibliography, etc.) I get the same message: Run-time Error '5': Invalid Procedure Call or Argument, with active buttons for Help and End but grayed-out buttons for Continue and Debug. Please Help! Zotero is essentially useless to me without being able to cite in Word. Thank you!
