Losing text added within citation

Regarding text included inside the citation I would like to know how can I solve this problem, please:
When I include the number of specific page inside the citation, I lose it when I close the document. ex: (Oliveira, 2019, p. 123). When I reopen the document it will be just (Oliveira, 2019).Or (Otlet, 2015 [1934]), then it will be (Otlet, 2015).
I'm working with APA (i wonder if the problem is with ponctuation...)

Don't edit citations in the text directly.

You can add a page number via the citation dialog, either at the time of entry or after:
