The url I'm trying to save:
https://library.aut.ac.nz/doing-assignments/reflective-writing
Using Firefox, the Zotero connector button brings up a dialogue box which relates to an earlier item I tried to save.

What do you mean by "an earlier item"? From that site or from another site?
Can you provide exact
steps to reproduce
the problem?
