instructions for how to install custom translator?

Hi, I found a custom translator I want to use but cannot find anywhere how to install is. I read about how to write them, the scaffold IDE, various translators people have wished for, created, and fixed over the years. No instructions for what to do with the `js` file.

    If you're using Scaffold anyway, which you generally want to be doing, there's a button to save it to Zotero in the toolbar. (You can also just drop the .js file into the 'translators' folders in the Zotero data directory and restart Zotero, but using Scaffold is more error-proof.)

    You'll also need to reset translators from the Zotero Connector preferences afterwards for it to be used on webpages.
