What has and hasn't Synced?

Zotero says I'm using 100% of my storage capacity in the plan I pay for (2gb) (and I do not want to purchase the higher one). When I sync it comes with a notification that because of this some files were not uploaded, but that "other Zotero data" will continue to sync.

How can I see which ones are synced, and which ones are not? Does this mean that while it will not sync new PDF's that I'll add, it will continue to sync "data" that I add, i.e. new books I enter plus the comments I add to them?
