I am only using Zotero a week. I am having problems trying to insert citations - insofar as everytime I try to insert a citation, Windows freezes and the program will not respond. I then get an error message asking if I am I connected to Firefox. Please help...

    Thanks for the link - I have however tried all the options on the troubleshooting page and nothing is working. Any other suggestions?

    Well, you didn't provide the "If posting a new message" information requested on that page, but at this point there's not much reason to. Wait a few days and upgrade to 2.0b7, which will support completely rewritten word processor plugins that use different, more reliable methods for communicating with Firefox.
