AddIns installiert, Word, Zotero sowie MacOS (Monterey) auf dem neuesten Stand, Fehlermeldung bei Zitation in Word: Zotero-Integrationsfehler.

Ich habe bereits mehrfach Zotero wieder deinstalliert u. installiert, erhalte aber immer wieder diese Fehlermeldung. Das Addin in Word ist sichtbar, der Fehler erscheint sobald ich das Icon "Add/Edit Citation" drücke.

    Reinstall the Word plugin from the Cite → Word Processors pane of the Zotero preferences.

    I did. The same foult come over and over again. I removed Zotero and installed it again. It also appears in Word and I reinstalled the Word plugin from the Cite → Word Processors pane of the Zotero preferences. Whenever I click on it in Word the fault of "Integration" appears again.

    Where is Word installed on your Mac? Could you produce a Debug ID from Zotero for a citing attempt?

    Go to your Word Startup folder, delete Zotero.dotm, restart Word, and confirm that the plugin is completely gone from Word.

    After that, reinstall the plugin from the Zotero preferences and restart Word, and confirm that the plugin reappears in Word. Then try again.

    This might not fix the problem, but it will confirm that you have the correct version of the plugin.
